About the job

We are looking for a Digital Media Specialist who is eager to build, measure, learn and be part of our team. The Digital Media Specialist is responsible for the overall research, setup, optimization and reporting for our clients’ paid media and performance campaigns. The role is expected to support the Client Lead or the Paid Media Manager in all aspects related to the clients’ paid media campaigns.


  • planning, setup and campaign optimization in paid media platforms: Google Ads, Meta Business Manager (TikTok and other platforms may be a part of the mix)
  • reporting and measuring KPIs
  • meeting deadlines for tasks and projects
  • attending client meetings and calls as support for the Client Lead
  • creating presentations for clients or support the Client Lead when needed in all client deliverables for the client

Education, Skills & Knowledge for a great fit:

  • you are passionate about digital media & digital marketing
  • you have a proven track record of previous experience with Google & Facebook ads account management
  • you enjoy data analytics, you are curious to find insights in data, you like Google Analytics
  • you are comfortable manipulating data sets, showing and explaining campaign results
  • you have a proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills. Self starter may be another word for this
  • you have professional English knowledge and you are comfortable to deliver english presentations
  • committed to growing a career in digital marketing with a focus on performance
  • capable to work under pressure and with short deadlines
  • finalized University studies, preferably in one o f the following fields: economics, marketing, communication, advertising
